Cleveland International Airport offers a variety of customer services.
White courtesy phones can be found throughout the airport. Remember that the courtesy phones should be used only if a passenger requires assistance or has any questions regarding the airport. To reach the phone, go to the Information Desk and dial extension: 6000.
ATMs are located throughout the airport. There are overall nine Key Bank ATMs located in the following areas: Concourse A (Gate A-1), Concourse B (Near at Gate B-5 and to Retail Core), Concourse C (Gates C-5 and C-14), Main Terminal (Near to South Checkpoint), Ticketing Area (Adjacent to Airport Information Center), Baggage Claim (Close to Welcome Center), at Rental Car Facility and Passenger Bridge (3rdlevel).
CLE provides a particular private space for passengers with toddlers. The Mother’s Room is located in Concourse B in front of Gate B1 and is divided into two separate rooms and has a common area for well-behaved children to wait and sit. A changing table and a sink are also provided and are located in the common area of the suite.
There is only one United State’s Postal Service mailbox at the CLE airport in the main terminal. The U.S. Post Office mailbox is located at North Security Checkpoint, near the Spirit Airlines ticketing counter. The pick-ups for mails are at 10:45 P.M., Monday to Saturday. There is no mail service available on Sundays.
